This project is a remodel of an existing 7,000 s.f. Pediatric medical practice in Portland Oregon. The office had not been remodeled in over 15 years and the users were looking to modernize the office space aesthetically as well as re-organizing the space to be more efficient. The scope included a complete redesign of the waiting and reception area as well as the administration offices. Upgrades in finishes were made throughout the space including the patient care area and minor upgrades on the building site were completed to comply with city codes. The finished design received a merit award in 2001 from the annual Oregon interior design awards event sponsored by the A.I.A, I.I.D.A and A.S.I.D.
